Kiyosu, Japan, June 16, 2016: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. held an election for Directors and Auditors at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 16. 4. Organizational Changes (Division level and higher)

  4-1. Purchasing Headquarters
    (1) To strengthen global purchasing operations and supplier management, we have established a new “Purchasing Headquarters” and moved the Purchasing Division from the Corporate Management Headquarters to the new Purchasing Headquarters.

  4-2. Research and Development Headquarters
    (1) To facilitate the development of manufacturing methods in tandem with new product development, we have changed the name of the IE and SS Development Division to the New Product and Process Development Division.

 

  4-3. Production Headquarters
    (1) To strengthen our production technology and production preparation, we have changed the name of the Production Engineering Division to the “Production Engineering Management Division.” At the same time, we changed the names of the various Production Preparation Divisions to “Production Engineering Divisions.”

 

   (2) To strengthen our environmental efforts, we have changed the name of the Plant Engineering & Environment Division to the “Environment Division.”
