Kiyosu, Japan, December 26, 2017: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. announces the following organizational changes and changes in organizational responsibilities of Corporate Officers, to take effect on January 1, 2018.

1.  Organizational changes (division level or higher)
     1-1. Research and Development Headquarters ― Product Planning Ceter
            ◇ A new “Technical Planning Division” is being established to promote product and technical planning for the creation of new products
                 and technologies.
            ◇ A new “Electronics Engineering Division” is being established to strengthen the company’s electronics engineering.
            ◇ Organization names will be changed from the Design Planning Division to Design Development Division, and from the Electronic
                 Device Development Division to Light Source Device Development Division.

   
     1-2. Research and Development Headquarters ― Product Development Center
            ◇ To promote the development of modules and systems that will raise the value of existing products and commercial rights,
                 the New Product and Process Development Division and the IE Engineering Division¹ have been reorganized in exterior
                 and interior model units, and a new EM Engineering Division² and IM Engineering Division³ have been established.

1-3. Sales Headquarters
            ◇ The Sales Administration Division has been renamed the Sales Planning Division to strengthen strategic planning and planning
                 functions for new products.

   
1-4. Optoelectronics Business Unit
            ◇ The Optoelectronics Manufacturing Division has been closed with the consolidation of production centers to a subsidiary of Toyoda
                 Gosei  Co., Ltd.

   
1-5. Other
            ◇ To advance strategic environmental management and companywide cross-sectoral activities, the Environment Division has been
                 moved from the Production Headquarters to under the direct control ot the company president.
