Notice of Voluntary Adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. announces that a decision was taken at its Board of Directors Meeting today for the voluntary adoption of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in place of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in Japan (Japanese GAAP) to the group consolidated financial statements.
The Group has decided to voluntarily adopt IFRS with aims to improve the international comparability of its financial information in capital markets and enhance its global business management.
Disclosure based on IFRS is planned to start from the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2019. The disclosure schedule is shown below.
