Announcement of Officer Appointments, Organizational and Personnel Changes
Kiyosu, Japan, May 23, 2025: Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. has decided changes in Director and Corporate Officer responsibilities and organizational and personnel changes to be dated June 19, the day of the scheduled 102nd General Shareholders’ Meeting. Director appointments will be officially decided with a resolution at the General Shareholders’ Meeting.
