Announcement of Management Members and Organizational Reform
Toyoda Gosei Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kiyosu, Aichi; President: Tadashi Arashima) held an election for Directors and Audit & Supervisory Board Members at the Annual Shareholders Meeting on Thursday, June 19.
After the Annual Shareholders Meeting, the Board of Directors decided to transfer some Directors and Corporate Officers and to make partial changes, etc. in organizational responsibilities. In addition, organizational reform was carried out on the same day, and the content of these changes is as follows.
